结构及用途
该设备采用全密封炉膛结构，搭配真空抽取系统与高精度气氛控制系统，可先将炉内抽至真空状态，彻底排除氧气、水汽等杂质，再充入氮气、氩气、氢气等惰性气体、还原性气体或混合气体，形成稳定可控的试验氛围，同时支持气体流量、压力的精准调节，确保实验环境纯净无干扰。
温度等级有 1200 °C、1400 °C、1700 °C、1800 °C 可选，
