结构及用途
管式炉采用高纯石英或者刚玉作为工作炉管，温区可做成单温区、双温区、三温区、五温区，并可加装旋转与倾斜系统。
温度等级有 1200 °C、1400 °C、1700 °C、1800 °C 可选，适用于高校、科研单位、工矿企业实验及小批量生产，可实现多温度段预烧、烧结、镀膜、高温热解、低温沉积等工艺。
